H1, L1 extension Processing at same time ?

Hello Friends,

My 2013 L1 to H1 COS got through lottery but got rejected later. Same company wants to file again this year too.

I’m currently working for a different company on L1 and it has expired, i can legeally stay in US till Feb next year.

Problem, I have to file my L1 Extension some where in July-September. So if H1 is applied and is in processing at the sametime:

  1. If H1 gets approved first and L1 extension gets approved later, my final visa would become L1 again ?

  2. Would my current company get to know of my filing for H1 through a different company and it is in prcessing ?

  3. As my last years H1 got rejected, would my current company get to know of this rejection during L1 extension filing ?

  4. Do i have to declare 2013 H1 rejection during coming filings or anytime in future ?
