H1 India--Transfer-Queries--HELP NEEDED

Hi Everyone,

Here is my situation. I am working in USA on H1 B. My wife is in india working for company A where she has a H1 and there was never a stamping done.Her H1 is going to expire in Dec 2017 and the company has no projects to send here here.

Here are my questions:

  1. If she travel to USA on H4 can she be able to trasfer her H1 later and work ?

  2. If yes, then what are the documents that are needed for H1 B transfer from India Company A?

3.If she travel to US on H4 will her H1 go waste and useless?

4.Need inputs for better ways to handle my situation without wasting her H1
