I have filed for H1 extension on premium and got RFE couple of days back.
I have to travel to India. I do not have H1 visa stamped and my i94 will expire in sep 14.
Please suggest if I can travel to India in such situation.

What is the signifcant point raised in the RFE? Has an answer been sent? It is possible you might get a positive response back even before your travel date.

We haven’t see RFE questions so far, though we presented client letter. I donno what triggered this RFE.
My travel is tomorrow, your expert response would matter.
