My H1B is valid upto dec 2013. My H1B extension has been filed on 1st July 2013 and currently in initial Review with USCIS.
My Spouse in on H4 and currently in US and H4 is valid upto dec 2014.
Along with my H1B extension my spouse H4 extension has not been filed by my employeer.
Please let me know if I can file My spouse H4 extension now even though my H1B extension is in Initial review.
