My second H1 got approved on 4 june 2013.
i have already applied for COS to F1 .
will I be eligible to use this H1 for another three years terms after my f1 is over or it will be exired and I will not be able to get another H1 as already it got extended.
please answer
H-1 is approved for a certain duration only. If you remain on F-1, then your employer may withdraw the H-1 petition as you are no longer working for them. In future, another employer (same or different) can file a cap-exempt petition for you along w/ COS to H-1 using the previously approved H-1 petition.
