I’ve applied for H1-B in Jun’13.
Petition was accepted & there was an RFE & it was accepted too.
On Jan 28- 2013, the status on USCIC website got updated to “Decision has been sent to employer”
It is yet to be received as of today. Moreover, there isnt any info available for my receipt number in thb website since couple of days…
Would appreciate if some1 lemme know what cud possibly be the reason for delay.
