H1 b visa case reopened and got RFE

Hi Saurabh

I applied for h1 last year and got rejected. My attroney reappeal for that and now USCIS reopened the case and put RFE on that. Is there any possibility to get approval.If they approved from what time they will give the approval notice. Is it from Oct12 or Oct13?

It depends upon the specific case and one cannot pass a general comment. Do you know the RFE reason? How confident is your attorney about the approval and addressing the original denial comments.
