My Company Filed my H1b Visa on May 9 2012… They say they did not get Receipt Number.Is there an option that employer will not reveal the Receipt number to prevent employee swicthing the company…
I need this information very urgent. Please help.
I don’t think the employer is legally bound to disclose the receipt number to the beneficiary. However, there is a delay in sending out the receipt notices as per a press release by USCIS in May and your employer might be saying the truth.
