I have not received any response for my H1 B application after lottery process. Most of the people I know have already received rejection or approval. Since I have not received any response yet, should I consider my application as not picked by the lottery ?

Is there a way to check the lottery result for my petition online or from USCIS? Please advise.

Yes, if you have not heard back anything yet, you were not picked. You should have got a reject letter by Aug 29th. You should ask your employer to reach out to USCIS, if not yet received. Read H1B 2020 Lottery timelines
