H1 B dropbox with Visa refusals

Hi Kumar,
I had H4 visa approved in 2018 and came to Us.Again in 2019 I went to India for F1 stamping and gets rejected twice.I came back to USA and applied COS in 2020 and got approved.
I got my H1 in 2022.
I would like to know what would be the answer for dropbox eligibility questions

Did your most recent application result in you being issued the visa? Yes or No

Am I still eligible for Dropbox or do i need to go for interview?

If your most visa application was for F1 and it was denied , you will need to answer ‘Yes’.

Does that mean Did your most recent application result in you being issued the visa? is YEs and This question is related to my H4?
Or Do i need to answer as per my F1?Please help me

If the last visa application you made at a consulate was for F1 and your F1 visa was denied, then you need to answer NO. Otherwise you can answer YES.
