Hi Kumar,

I am a silent listner in this group.feb 20 I saw my h1b status changed to denied from rfe received.

I checked with employer thy are saying once they get notice with in 7 days accordingly attorney will appeal for this case.

Is there chances of geeting approval after denied.

And after employer appeal how many days will get the response from uscis

Chances of success of an Appeal will depend upon why it was denied and what your attorney submits to counter it. In addition, these can take several months to process.

It may be prudent to apply in FY-17 as a back-up.
