Hi,
My H1-B VISA extension was denied and I have traveled back to India after a 2.4 years of stay in US. I have applied for the same client again after a month under CAP Exemption which was denied again due to Roles and Responsibilities were not found in the Work Order provided.
Can I re-apply again as I have a corrected Work Order? If so, is there any cooling period to re-apply for the third time?
