My case H4 to H1 COS was updated in USICS as approved, can I start working now or should I wait till I get my petition ?
Also my H4 extension documents are requested by my spouse office, should I give the documents in case some other hurdle comes up (are there any) for my H1 ?
What exactly happens after getting approval ?
