H1 and H4 in-person visa stamping appointment

Hi,
I have a question regarding the in-person interview eligibility for myself and my family.;
Our visa was expired on 12-Mar-2018. We are planning for the India trip. Are we eligible for the in-person visa interview?
Note: There is no any visa status changed for myself (H1) and my family members (H4).
