H-1B transfer , when your current H-1B extension Application is having RFE

Hello All,

My company A applied for my H-1B extension, but it got RFE asking more documents on Employee-Employer Relationship. Lawyers are working on response. Now I got an offer from company B and they are going to apply for my H-1B transfer, while my current H-1B extension in having RFE.

Is the RFE for company A , going to affect the transfer to company B ??
