H-1B Transfer- Submitting paystubs

Hi, now I currently work under H-1B visa and am thinking about changing a company. When I transfer my visa, I know I need to submit recent paystubs.

My questions is, I do not receive the same amount that is on the visa documents. For example, the visa document says I am supposed to receive $4000 a month, but in fact, I receive only $2000 a month. Is it going to be a problem?
My new petiton will be rejected because of this?

Please somebody answer…

Actually its illegal… However U must pretend as if U are getting $4k, no other option AFAIK

Thank you for your reply.
I understand it is illegal…but my questions is, how can I pretend? I have to submit paystubs when I transfer my visa and paystubs crearly says I get only $2,000. Is it gonna be a problem??

If its below what’s paid acc to state, it might be a problem… Consult an attorney on this… It’s risky I feel…
if it’s becoming a problem… Better go for Cap-Exempt Petition

Thank you for your reply.
I will talk to my attorney…
