H-1B new-hire has more salary than me for the same SOC and level?

Hi there,
I just noticed that my company has hired new H-1B employee for the same SOC and Wage Level but with higher salary than me.
I compared the salary range on new LCA versus mine sometime back.

Is this OK? If not, what can be done to correct my salary?

As far as your salary is above the minimum wages mentioned in the SOC you are good. Salaries also depend on the candidates experience and skill levels.
Talk to your manager and see if they can give you appraisal.
