I am a GC holder, traveling in India.I would like to bring my parents along with me . Can I attend my parents visitor visa interview at US Embassy, along with them ?.
Basically I am sponsor, but would like to accompany them ?

Well, they will usually not allow you inside the embassy, unless you are applicant. You may try to request, but I doubt if they will allow, unless there is a medical condition or anything that needs extreme attention. You can give it a shot by writing to embassy, you lose nothing…
