Here’s my situation:
My employer (a Fortune 50 company) has filed for PERM for me under EB-3 category. Now I have an emergency that forces me to be in India for couple of years and I am not sure if they will continue my GC processing.
I know there’s something like Green card processing based on future employment. So my question is it possible for any company to file for GC based on future employment while I am in India? Or does the person need to be working in US?
