My employer dropped mail like my file is pending with USCIS. Most of my friend got selected or rejected packets regarding H1B visa. Please advise still if there is any chance for selection or it meansit taking time to get the rejected pockets ?
Same with my case also… can some one provide what does the status mean “PENDING WITH USCIS”
