Got H1B stamped in 2016 and expired in 2018. I never traveled to USA. Now I have petition approved through H1B transfer .
Now am I eligible for dropbox.?

If Yes, what documents can I expect to submit.
Employee verification letter- Is it required. Since I will start working with my new petitioner .
how to produce EVL or if their are any alternatives.

Ideally your employer’s immigration lawyer will provide you with the list so you need to check with your employer.

You can use appointment or offer letter instead.
