Got a mail from consulate to submit passport

Hi,

I got mail from Hyd Consulate(Admin) stating that submit my passport for further processing of my H1B visa case. But in Consular Electronic Application Center the visa status it shows still as “Administrative processing” and even the status update date also not changed.

More over, I got the same kind of mail(asking me to submit the passport) from HYD FPU department also. But after this mail, they have recalled ( recall option in mail to call back the previous mail) that email which seems confusing me.

Shall I submit the passport now?

It is possible they are making some final updates on your approved case.
