Going India on a vacation for 1 month while H1B is in process

Hi,

I have applied for H1B this year and I would like to know if I can travel to India on vacation for a month in May.

What happens If i travel and come back in a month . Is there any procedure to complete once i return to US after vacation. Please let me know if any process in detail.

Nothing will happen… Even if your H1 approved status starts from October… I am planing to do that… you can travel on your current visa status…
