I’m in 5th year of H1B and my employer is applying for GC.

Worked as manager in India for 2003 to 2012 for employer ADeputed as manager to US - 2012 to 2013 for employer AQuit, worked as manager role - April 2013 to Dec 2013 for employer BRe joined as manager on Dec 2013 to till date with employer A ( Basically rejoined by original petitioner) I have team in US and in India to manage.I have master degree and have 12 years experience with employer A who is applying my GC.Question:

Will I be eligible for EB1What should be cautious about given the break in the EmploymentGiven that i’m in my 5th year of H1B will that have any implication if submitting my i140 further gets delayed.Thank you in advance for your response…

#2. No, the break in employment is not relevant unless the association was also broken meaning you were terminated for cause.
