My current employer X planning to apply for GC. Previously I worked with Employer Y from May 2015 to 4th March 2016. I joined employer X on 14th March 2016. Change of employer petition was filled on Mar 11th 2016 and approved on Mar 18th 2016 via premium processing.
My Question is will there be any problem in Gap between change of employer (around 8 days) in GC process?
am I in out of status during those period of time and will it impact GC process?
