GC priority date of spouse will be same if submitted after 1 year

Hi Sir,

Please help me to understand correctly after reviewing my scenario- Husband applied GC -(concurrent filing) EB1 in 2018 Aug, we got married after 6 months and it took almost a year to file my AOS I.e. in July 2019.
What is my priority date is it Aug 2018 (same as husband) or July 2019?

If your AOS is a derivative petition of your spouse’s AOS as primary, the PD is the same.
