GC- EB1 eligibilty

Hi-

I am on H1b in US and have 2.5/6 yr remaning in US and currently promoted to Manager position while in US.

My employer is sending me another country for 1 yr.

Can my employer file for GC in EB1 category after I am outside for 1yr and come back with GC. What are the options I have to use the EB1 category.

Also If my employer does eb2- Can that be converted to EB1 when eligible? Is that an option?

I am currently working as a managerial role on H1b from 2 years and have moe then 10 years of experience in technical as well as managerial roles .Will I be eligible for EB-1C Multinational Executive or Manager Green Card.Can my employer file for GC in EB-1C category. What are the options I have to use the EB1 category.
