further job/studies options for Indian graduates in USA

hi, my wife is a sceience graduate from India (passed in 2001). She has not worked in past. we have been in USA for last 6 years… now she is keen to do a job … i have 3 questions

  1. what kind of job options are better for her as to take care of 2 kids

  2. can she apply for job directly based on her Indian graduation or she has to study here

  3. if she needs to study then what study options are better for her

If she is comfortable with people, has English fluency, banks are a great place to work.
