I had H1B expired on 09January 2013(WAC11*******) there after it is approved extension application from my previous employer recipt no was (WAC131******9) dated 22 March 2013 but no stamping done even never been in US & with my current employer we file new visa cap exempt application on 26 january still it shows status initial review
when should i expect approval for this process?
