For Visa Stamping, need to go Visa Interview and Biomatrics

I have filed and get visa extension. One or 2 week later i will travel to india (I don’t have valid visa. But i have valid petition). Before come back USA, i need to stamp visa in my passport.

For Stamping Visa, Should i take visa interview and bio metrics tests?

If you are not eligible for dropbox facility, then you have to schedule visa and biometrics appointment.
