For my 19 years old child Can i add dependents after scheduling my H1b stamping appointments?

1)When i applied H1b filing i selected "Dependents " as No
2)When i schedule my H1b appountment i selected “Dependents” as No.
After scheduling my H1b appouintment i decided to apply for my child.
Now if i schedule appointment for dependent visa,will it impact my visa outcome.
Can anyone suggest me on this.
