For how H1b petition stays valid

Hi,
My employer applied for H1b in 2019 and my petition was approved same year. But i never applied for visa stamping. Now same employer considering to move me to US.
my question is that, whether same petition approved in 2019 is valid or do i need to go through lottery process again?

You dont need to go for lottery. Your employer will need file H1B petition under cap-exempt and once approved you can go for visa stamping.
