My H1b application was picked in first round of lottery. But, due to covid-19 my employer not filed my petition. Now, there was a second round of lottery done recently. So, is it possible to file my petition along with the second round petition filing time.

Unfortunately not. Your selection notice had a deadline (June 30). When this deadline is missed you, unfortunately, missed your chance.
The reason for the second lottery was because a lot of people didn’t file hence they had to select additional applicants to replace those who didn’t file.
I know this is not what you might want to hear, sorry about that, Everything happens for a reason.
