Hi,
I would be joining a company on H1 soon in which its employment contract has multiple clauses like if leaving within so many months, I need to reimburse fair amount to company etc.What amount etc is not specified clearly. My question is if I leave within a few months, can they pursue it legally or does majority companies let it go?
