My Scenario:
Company A filed for H1B visa in the year - 2010 and the petition got approved.
I left the company on the same year and didn't appear for Visa Stamping.
Now in 2013, my prospective employer in US filed a new H1B. It was approved.
While filling D-160 form, I came across two questions,
1. Have you ever been issued a U.S. visa?
2. Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the point of entry?
I am confused with answering these questions.
Also will it create any problem in the Visa Interview, related to my previous H1b petition approval???
Pls let me know your thoughts on this.
