Filling 2 H1b Applicaitons

I wanted to know if we can file 2 H1b applications from 2 different employers.

USCIS mentions that 2 applications from same employer will be cancelled if picked in lottery but nothing about 2 applications from 2 different employers.

If both are getting picked and approved will there be any issue ?

If different employers, any number of employers can apply H1 for you. No impact. But as referred, one employer should not file more than one petition for the same employee… all would get lost.
