The File was picked in the H1B lottery and after 3 months file was sent back with the letter saying file wasn’t picked in the lottery. Did anyone of you overcome or heard of this kind of issue ? Any suggestions on how to proceed with this issue ? Wondering if this ever happened to someone as the lottery happened only 3 times. Any Suggestions or Advices hugely appreciated.
