Fall or Spring in terms of Funding and scholarships

Hello, I am working in a major IT company now and will complete 2 years soon. I gave my GRE in Nov and got a low score and due to some circumstances, I was not able to give it again immediately (and I am aiming for a better score).

I read a similar concern:

That was purely Fall vs Spring, but I have my pick of schools ready and they will definitely not accept a low score.

So since most of the deadlines for good schools with financial aid is almost done for Fall 2014, I plan on applying for Spring 2015 after writing the GRE again. But when I did my research I found that there are many disadvantages for the Spring sem like low acceptance rate, less funding, no assistantships etc. I am fully dependent on funding as I cannot afford to spend very huge amount on tuition and I want to get my Masters from a very good school. So I am very anxious as to what I can do now! Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

AFAIK Spring or Fall doesnt matter as far as U apply before the admissions/assitantships/funding are not over and U have good GRE, Academics and IELTS/TOEFL Score

Look at all your options and your best way to save time. Ideally, Fall is a typical start of academic year and many prefer that.
