Hi I am on F1,this year my employer filed H1B.My wife is on F2. We didn’t filed F2 to H4 change of status. Now we are going to file before my approval.
Is there anything my employer need to provide for this change of status file.
Is there any possibility that uscis is going to contact my employer for any verification.
