My F1 visa expired and also I am out of status now.can I go to Mexico/Jamaica for stamping? If yes,which consulate should I prefer. If going to home country for stamping what are the chances of getting visa for second masters !
U can go for any place for stamping…
However U must be prepared for the reason of doing second masters
