I was currently on L1 visa and was applying for F1 Visa as am planning to study.
However, F1 Visa got rejected at Mumbai Consulate.
Since I am already on L1, I had to join back the office in US and could not stay any longer in India.
Can I apply F1 Visa from Canada?
Or it will be rejected due to previous rejection in Mumbai Consulate and will be asked to travel to home country?
You may apply, but there is no guarantee that it will be approved.
