f1 visa is expiring in April 2014 can i travel on CPT

Hi All,

My F1 visa is expiring in April 2014 but I have already enrolled in aschool and currently on CPT. I have already done my MBA and to maintain my staus this my 2nd MBA and currently I am working On CPT but my F1 visa is expiring on April 2014. I am planning to travel to India in the month of Jan 2014 and will be back to us by Feb 2nd week and my F1 visa is expiring on April 2014. So my question is?

Will i have any problem at the port of entry

Do i need to go to stamping again ? If i am coming back by 2 nd week on feb(Visa expiring on April 2014)

Cn i come back to USA on my current school I-20 before my visa expires.

Your help will be really appreciated.

Generally, you would not have any issue as you have a valid F1 Visa. Just be prepared to answer, why you wanted to do another masters. Anytime you wish to travel, you need to talk to the DSO of your current school and get a new I20 issued for travel. If your DSO gives any letter, carry that as well.
