Has any applied for expedited processing for H4 COS and H4 EAD from F1 Stem? How long did it take?
I believe that the i-539 change of status does not processed via premium processing anymore. It is processed through standard which takes up to months depending on the service center you are appointed. Mine is Texas Service Center and the processing time is 6-8 months.
I just applied change of status from F1 OPT to H4 and my current status is just “case received”. I have not received any biometric appointment due to the corona virus. Does anybody know when will my case status change to “pending”?
