I have received my i-20 and have been trying to book a appointment at the Mumbai Consulate but I only can see VAC appointments the interview appointments are not available I only see a message saying no appointments. I am not able to book a emergency appointment also because of this. So should I mail the consulate directly requesting a emergency appointment?
