Good afternoon everyone, I just got the good news that my H1B Status has been extended and I just would like to ask, because along with From 797A I received, below it is the updated I-94. I was just wondering when will it be updated online at the DHS website? I tried searching for my records and it still says the previous valid stay which is April 2019. It will not be updated online for the I-797 related I-94. That data that you see is only for the entry exits done at Port of Entry and managed by CBP and does not reflect the USCIS extended I-94. That’s the reason, it is critical for you to have the copy of new I-94 with new dates on it to be safe.
