I had L1B visa from Aug 2008 to Jul 2011 from a company A. I stayed in US from Aug 2008 to Mar 2009. I returned back to India. Since Mar 2009,I am in India. Now i want to file h1b exemption category. Am I eligible for H1b exemption.
AFAIK, I don’t think you can do that.
What makes you think that you can file H-1B cap-exempt category?
