Hi,
I was on H1B and moved to F2(after my H1b got maxed out and PERM/I140 was not approved).
Now, My I140 is approved and my H1B Ext/cos from F2 to H1B is filed based on I140 approval.
I have stopped working since moving to F2 and premium processing is also suspended during this time so My H1B was filed in regular processing. My wife’s F1 OPT also got approved during this time.
I have following queries.
1.Is it possible to expedite my H1B application due to financial loss to me ? OR can my employer(has less than 10 employees) expedite it due to financial loss ?
2.Will this harm to my pending H1B or F2(which is not approved yet) applications ?
