I applied for H1-B visa this year on CSC. I got RFE and it is due by August 14.
There are other things in RFE related to my employer but there are 3 things that are related to me.
Currently I am in full time CPT in one of the accredited University and doing my MBA. I am doing full time CPT and taking weekends and evening classes. USCIS wants evidence that I was in valid F-1 nonimmigration status at the time the present petion was filed.
They wants evidence of the CPT is integral part of the schools MBA curriculum
evicence how I am able to maintain full-time status while on CPT such as enrolling in other courses as required by Program of study.
I guess, I can show them my recent unofficial transcript with my GPA and current valid I-20 as a proof tos how I am able to maintain full-time status.
But what document do I need to show as an evidence of CPT program is an integral part of the school’s MBA curriculum
Your school should guide you on this. When they approved CPT, they should have reviewed whether the employment is related to the curriculum and only then they should have approved it.
If the DSO was blindly approving all CPTs irrespective of whether it is related to course or not, then you are in trouble.
