I have both H1 and visitor visa. I was working in US on H1 till Sep2016. AS my mother was sick I returned to India on emergency basis to attend her. Unfortunately my employer revoked my H1 visa which is valid upto 2018. Now can i enter US with my visitor visa which is valid upto 2026 and can i attend interviews and look for an opportunity. Once opportunity is confirmed can i return to India and get my H1 transferred and re-enter US for job purpose. Now in between if I entered on B1 and returned back to India will it affect for H1 transfer in a way and can i travel to US again on H1 after it got transferred.
