Enquiry about H4 Visa: Name on Passport and Name on Marriage Cards

Hi,
Could you please confirm at the time of H4 visa interview, the marriage card should have the same name as Passport ?
Because in India there is a custom to print only First name on Marriage cards not last names and in Passport we have First name and Last name both.
Will it effect anything related interview ?

In the Interview Official Marriage Certificate will be seen not Marriage card.

Marriage certificate should have the name as per passport
